1. B2B Wholesale Nature

All sales conducted through ozmtech.com.cn are Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions. Unlike retail consumer purchases, wholesale orders are finalized based on proforma invoices and specific business agreements. Therefore, we do not offer “change of mind” returns or “no-reason” refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our account manager immediately. Cancellations are only permitted before the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse or before custom production has commenced.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or recalled.

3. Defective or Damaged Goods

ThriveLink HongKong Limited maintains strict quality control. However, if you receive items that are functionally defective or damaged during transit:

  • Notification Period: You must notify us via email within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Evidence Required: Please provide clear photos or videos of the damaged products, along with the packing list and invoice number.
  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement in your next order, issue a store credit, or process a partial refund for the defective units.

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Return Shipping
